Return & Exchange Policy
At Empire Pay Spa, the health, safety, and protection of our clients are our highest priorities.
Due to hygiene, safety, and quality-control regulations, all sales of cosmetic products, skincare products, beauty devices, spa equipment, and aesthetic machines are final.
Once a product or machine has left our store, office, or facility, we cannot verify how it has been stored, handled, or used. For this reason, we are unable to resell returned items, as doing so could potentially compromise the health and safety of other clients.
No Returns or Exchanges
- No returns on cosmetic or skincare products.
- No returns on beauty devices, spa equipment, or aesthetic machines.
- No exchanges after products have left the store or been delivered.
- No refunds for opened, used, or unopened products.
- All machine and equipment sales are final.
We encourage all customers to carefully review their purchase before completing the transaction. If you have any questions about a product or machine, our team will be happy to assist you before purchase.
